David Peters has earned Masters and Craftsmen degrees from the Professional Photographers of America, and is one of only 100 photographers in the United States to have received the esteemed Fellowship Degree from the American Society of Photographers. He is also one of only forty photographers to be elected to the prestigious Camera Craftsmen of America. 

Over the past 35 years, David has been following his vision to achieve the remarkable. He has been named the San Francisco Bay Area Photographer of the Year and has won the Best of Show Masters Trophy at the Western States Exhibition of Professional Photography three years consecutively. Ten of his portraits are in the Professional Photographers of America Loan collection, and two are in the collection of the Photography Hall of Fame.

He created one of the most successful portrait studios in Northern California, and continues to work as a prestigious portrait artist. David also founded Passion Voice, a non-profit documentary film company dedicated to inspiring others by honoring the lives and works of remarkable individuals and their devotion to helping their fellow man. He also started The Truth and Grace portrait project, as a way to prove to his mature female clients that they were just as attractive now as they felt they once were.

As a speaker and seminar leader, David has lectured in over 50 cities in America and overseas.
